Tell us:
- Organization name and what they provide
- Where — address, or the area they serve
- Who can use it — eligibility, if you know
- Contact — phone, website, or email
- How you know — used it yourself, work there, saw a flyer
Corrections are just as welcome as additions. If a phone number has changed, hours are different, or an organization has stopped a program, please tell us — an out-of-date listing can send a neighbor on a wasted trip.
Nothing publishes unverified
A community-submitted listing is a lead, not a listing yet. Before anything goes on this site, we confirm the organization exists and the contact details work, confirm whether it serves 78641 (or label it "call to confirm"), and record a last-verified date. Only then do we publish it.
We check every suggestion before adding it. That takes time, so please don't take a delay as a no.
Corrections from anyone
This same address handles it all: an organization asking to update its own entry, a resident reporting a dead phone number, or an organization asking to be removed. Removal requests are honored promptly — an organization that can't meet demand has a legitimate reason to come off the list.
There is no deadline. Send it whenever you notice something.
